OPEN PRACTICE RULES & REGULATIONS:
- All riders and their guests must sign in at consession stand
- Riders and guests must sign a release form.
- Minors, under 18, must be accompanied by PARENT OR LEGAL guardian, "No Exceptions".
- Releases may be copy and printed from below
- RIDERS must have: Helmet, goggles, boots, gloves. Proper riding gear is suggested.
- Wristbands must be worn at all times. Given after sign in
- $20.00 per rider, 12 & under $10.00
- Concession stand open
- All Bike and Quad sizes welcome on MX Track
- All Bike sizes welcome on Short Track (Sorry No Quads)

PARENTS’ RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF the privilege of the minor named below to enter onto certain premises owned by the Galesburg Motorcycle Club and/or to participate in certain motorcycle or all-terrain vehicle activities sponsored by the Galesburg Motorcycle Club, I/we, the undersigned, father and mother and/or guardian of the minor named below, do hereby forever release, acquit, discharge and covenant to hold harmless and waive in advance any claim against the Galesburg Motorcycle Club, their officers, directors, members, agents, heirs, successors, and assigns of and from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, loss of services, expenses and compensation on account of, or in any way growing out of, any and all known and unknown personal injuries and property damage which we may now or hereafter have as the parents and/or guardian of said minor, and also all claims or rights of action for damages which the same minor has or may hereafter have, either before or after he/she has reached his/her majority, resulting or to result from the minor’s presence on real estate owned by the Galesburg Motorcycle Club or the minor’s participation in activities sponsored by the Galesburg Motorcycle Club.
I/We further promise to bind myself/ourselves, jointly and severally, my/our heirs, administrators and executors to indemnify the Galesburg Motorcycle Club, their members, directors, officers, heirs, insurers, administrators, executors, successors and assigns against loss for any and all further claims, demands, and actions at law or in equity that may hereafter at any time be made or brought by the minor or anyone on his/her behalf or his/her next of kin for the purpose of enforcing a claim for damages or otherwise on account of any injury sustained by the minor as above described.
I/We further state that we understand that riding or racing a motorcycle or all-terrain vehicle (or being a spectator at such an event) is a dangerous activity, and that the real estate owned by the Galesburg Motorcycle Club includes many dangerous aspects and conditions which give rise to the possibility that one may be injured or killed. I/We assume the risk associated with the minor’s attendance at and participation in the activities sponsored by the Galesburg Motorcycle Club.
I/We further state that I/we have carefully read the foregoing release and know the contents thereof, and I/we sign the same as my/our own free act.
